Evaluations
WSOA is committed to helping officials grow through feedback, mentorship and ongoing development opportunities. Officials at all experience levels are encouraged to seek feedback on their performance to build confidence, identify areas for improvement and continue developing their officiating skills. Evaluations provide an opportunity to receive constructive feedback from experienced officials on areas such as positioning, communication, game management, rules application and overall performance.
Officials seeking feedback on their performance may submit an evaluation request.
Evaluators should use this form to submit evaluation feedback. Evaluation reports will be reviewed and shared with the official.
